Program 01
Supplier Assessment & Onboarding
All new and existing suppliers complete a structured sustainability assessment covering NDPE compliance, labour practices, legal land title, and traceability capability. Assessment results are used to prioritise capacity-building support and determine audit scheduling frequency.
Program 02
Capacity Building & Training
We invest in supplier capability through structured training programs on sustainable practices, certification pathways, and data reporting requirements. Training is delivered through field visits, group workshops, and an online learning platform accessible across our full supply base — including smallholder co-operatives and independent mills.
Program 03
Smallholder & Outgrower Support
We work directly with independent smallholders through our outgrower programs, providing access to improved planting materials, agronomic guidance, fertiliser schemes, and group certification pathways. Our support connects smallholder production to premium certified markets while raising environmental and social standards at the farm level.
Program 04
Audit & Continuous Improvement
Suppliers are subject to regular sustainability audits against our Supplier Code of Conduct. Non-conformances trigger formal corrective action plans with defined timelines and verification site visits. Repeated or serious non-conformances lead to supply suspension, with re-entry conditional on demonstrated remediation.
