From Plantation to Customer
Every tonne of palm oil we produce is traceable through each stage of our integrated supply chain.
Palm Plantation
Our supply chain begins at certified, traceable estates. All plantations are GPS-mapped to plot level, enabling origin verification at the source. Responsible land management, HCV/HCS conservation, and smallholder integration are embedded in every operational decision made on the ground.
Fully TraceablePalm Oil Mill
Fresh fruit bunches are processed at integrated mills within 24 hours of harvest to preserve oil quality and minimise waste. Mills operate to continuous GHG and POME effluent monitoring standards, with real-time dashboards tracking energy consumption and renewable energy generation.
GHG MonitoredRefinery & Fractionation
Crude palm oil and palm kernel oil are refined and fractionated into specialty and commodity grades. Our refinery processes maintain full chain-of-custody documentation from origin through to finished product, underpinned by RSPO and ISCC mass balance and segregated supply chain systems.
Chain of Custody CertifiedExport & Customers
We supply customers globally with full traceability documentation and sustainability credentials. Customer commitments include supply base disclosure, audit access rights, and a structured grievance escalation pathway for any concerns arising from our operations or supply chain.
RSPO CertifiedTraceability Commitment
Our goal is 100% traceability to plantation level across our entire supply base, with GPS-verified coordinates for every source.
